Our Team

Neal Bohannon is a Sergeant with a large Law Enforcement agency in Southwest Florida with over 21 years of Law Enforcement experience.

He attended Florida State University and later earned his Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University.

During his 21+ years in Law Enforcement, he has been a member of the S.W.A.T. team, as well as an FDLE certified instructor in subjects that include Defensive Tactics, Pursuit Driving, Tactical Vehicle Stops, Baton, TASER, Anti-Ambush Tactics, and Active Shooter Response for both Law Enforcement and Civilians.

 

He has presented to hundreds of businesses/groups and thousands of civilians on the topic of Active Shooter Response and Survival.  He brings high energy and passion to his presentations which have made him a highly sought after instructor in the field of Active Shooter Response Options for Civilians.

Rich Hampton began his law enforcement career in 1990 and currently works as the Lieutenant of the North Naples Substation. The district is comprised of 70 members, covering 50 square miles.

Lt. Hampton pursued a career in law enforcement after serving in the U.S. Air Force, Security Forces, on active duty from 1990-1995. He served for an additional eight years as a USAF reservist and was deployed in Operation Noble Eagle after September 11, 2001.

During his law enforcement career he has served in several capacities, including Corrections Deputy, Road Patrol, Gang Investigations, Drill Instructor, Criminal Street Gang Unit Sergeant and the Golden Gate Patrol Commander from 2005-2015. In addition to his current duties, Lt. Hampton is one the agency trainers, specializing in defensive tactics, use of force and active shooter response. Lt. Hampton has earned numerous citations and awards including a unit citation, teamwork award, three command recognitions, the military defense award and a Gallantry Star for rescuing a citizen trapped inside a vehicle under water.

Lt. Hampton is a graduate of the University of Louisville command officer development program.  He is former regional vice president of the Florida Gang Investigators Association and a former instructor at St. Petersburg College, specializing in juvenile delinquency and criminal street gangs.  Lt. Hampton has been a speaker at several conferences throughout Florida, specializing in active shooter response.

Tim Guerrette is a Captain with a large Law Enforcement agency in Southwest Florida with over 27 years of Law Enforcement experience.

Following a 4-year tour in the United States Air Force, Tim Guerrette started his 27-year law enforcement career in 1990. Tim holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Business and a Master’s degree in Administration from Barry University. In 2013, Tim attended the 254 Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

He is a certified instructor for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, National Association of Realtors and actively instructs for the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, CPSI, Southwest Florida Criminal Justice Academy, and the Collier County Sheriff's Office Leadership Academy.

Tim is a past Executive Board member of the Florida Gang Investigators Association and Youth Haven, an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children in Collier County and current Board Member of Collier County Big Brothers Big Sisters. Tim has had the privilege to offer instruction to thousands of law enforcement officers, military personnel, educators, and citizens in nearly all fifty states on the topics of leadership, active shooter response, gangs, drug investigations, school resource officer training and school violence.

Mark Baker - is a Captain with a large Law Enforcement agency in Southwest Florida with over 30 years of Law Enforcement Experience.  Mark began his career with the Florida Marine Patrol Auxiliary in 1987 in Panama City, Florida.  In 1989, he became a full time State Law Enforcement Office working in several capacities in several locations in Florida including Panama City, Naples, Key West and Miami, before joining the Collier County Sheriff’s Office in 1994.  During his law enforcement career, he has worked in Corrections, Marine Law Enforcement, Narcotics, Patrol, Criminal Investigations Division, Internal Affairs, Human Resources, Accreditation, Training and has been a part of the Executive Level Leadership Team since 2003.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice.  He is an adjunct instructor for St. Petersburg College, Multi-Jurisdictional Counter Drug Training Task Force and the Lee County Public Safety Academy.  He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Command Officer’s Development program.  Mark has taught thousands of law enforcement, probation, military, and corrections, local, state and federal officers throughout the United States in topics ranging from active shooter, leadership, drug investigations and internal affairs and has earned numerous awards and commendations.  He is a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, accomplished Law Enforcement Professional with an exceptional leadership and achievement record.
